INTERNATIONAL DIALING INSTRUCTIONS

Below please find a recently updated list of our inbound international toll free numbers.

Currently we offer the following options:
- Global Toll Free
- Country Specific Toll Free
- Collect or direct dial local number

Your Dedicated 800 number - In the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Canada your clients will use your dedicated 800 numbers. 

Global Toll Free – 800-15253545 - HTS has secured one (1) inbound international toll free number. The Global Toll Free has 23- participating countries. (See list below)

Global Toll Free – Access codes – Because each of the participating countries utilizes a different telecommunications provider, each country requires a unique access code, to be dialed in front of the Global toll free number. Multiple Access Codes - Where some countries have multiple providers, multiple access codes have also been provided.

NOTE, DO NOT PLACE/USE A 1 IN FRONT OF THE 800

countries not participating in the Global Toll Free Number. See the country list and corresponding international toll free number.

Direct Dial or Collect Call Number – 201-221-4462 this number is only used for countries without a toll free number or if there is a problem using the toll free number of a particular country.

Dialing from a Hotel – With all 3 options, hotel operator assistance is required.
Dialing from a home/office/ Intl Cell Phone – International operator assistance may be required.
If there is a problem with any of the phone numbers shown, please advise our Telecommunications Department. Please note that there is a surcharge for HTS to receive or place an international call.
